You will need:
1 golden beet root
3 large carrots
1 medium pear
1/2 thumb sized piece of ginger root
1/2 a cucumber
4 large celery stalks
As with any juice recipe, simply juice all of the ingredients, serve and enjoy! It’s best to serve it soon after making it. The ginger in the juice helps reduce inflammation and the pear has anti-inflammatory effects too, which can relieve pain from arthritis and ulcerative colitis.
