#5 Lion Headed Goddess
Just recently in Egypt a major discovery – one for the ages – was uncovered. More than 60 statues of a lion headed goddess were found, and scientists are archeologists both believe that there were found in an area meant to protect a former King, named Amenhotep III, once he passed away. This king was considered to be the protector of the sun god, and was considered to be a very powerful deity. But what’s most remarkable about this discovery is that the temple- which dates back more than 3000 years, was destroyed at some point, likely because of earthquakes. But the statues all remained intact.
#4 The Creature of Jodhpur
Jodhpur is a city in India, and while a group of people were digging into the ground in hopes of setting up a water well, another remarkable discovery was made. This small, humanoid creature was uncovered, and no one – and I do mean no one – knows exactly what it is. But once it was photographed and the world caught a glimpse, all types of ideas started pouring in. #3 Big Ol Guard
Archaeologists in Cambodia recently discovered something so big that it took several people to actually figure out what was going on. Once they started digging they expected to perhaps find some small artifacts, or maybe even some pottery. But what they found was so much more. A tall 6 foot statue that weighed nearly 450 pounds was left completely intact. After further examinations they measured the statue to date back at least 800 years. The statue was built to look like a guard, and as it turns out, researches believed that this statue was built with the specific task of guarding a nearby hospital. Safe to say that if a crook approached this brute looking object they in fact would’ve been too scared to make a move.

So we all know that NASA has been keeping an eye on Mars, by sending satellites and space rovers out into space to uncover everything that there could be out there. Back in 2015 the Curiousity Rover sent back multiple images of the red planet, and there’s one in particular that has everyone in an uproar. There, in the corner of the stone surface, displays what appears to be a crab like organism. Many people have compared it to the Face Hugger Aliens that we saw in the old Alien movies. So, here is one of the strangest things I’ve ever seen. It’s a sea creature that scientists discovered back in 2017, and nothing that we’ve ever seen comes close to this. It was pulled from the ocean, and as you can see, this long, slippery animal looks absolutely crazy. The official name they gave it is Giant Ship Worm. Look at it’s head and tail. Can you imagine swimming in the ocean and seeing one of these? The shell that it came out of, is actually the shell that it lives in. Creepy. And that’s today’s video!
