Recovery Continues Two Weeks After Superstorm Sandy

NEW YORK, NY – NOVEMBER 13: A handwritten FEMA sign drips in the rain where people were waiting on line to receive 1,500 donated coats from New York Cares in the Far Rockaway neighborhood on November 13, 2012 in the Queens borough of New York City. New York Cares started their annual coat drive early this year in order to assist those affected by Superstorm Sandy. They hope to collect 200,000 coats this winter. Mario Tama/Getty Images/AFP
