The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office in Florida uploaded a video earlier this week of a man fighting off five would be robbers with a large machete. The whole incident was recorded by a surveillance camera.
The owner of the home can be seen sitting on the patio with another individual when three people enter armed with a gun, crowbar, and a smaller machete.
The owner stands up, throws his chair at these individuals and then picks up a piece of wood to fight back.
He is forced back into his home, momentarily, but returns with a large machete. He scares off two of the robbers, disarms the gun man, and holds him captive until police arrive.

They are all being held without bail.
