LAPD Cops Kidnap and Sexually Assault Woman

Kim Nguyen, 28, is an accounting and marketing student at Loyola Marymount University said she fell out or was pushed out of a moving cop car and sustained critical injuries last March.

She had gone out with friends in Los Angeles’ Koreatown neighborhood and was standing on the sidewalk with two friends during the early hours of March 17, 2013   Her jaw was shattered. She lost most of her teeth. She had to be put in a medically induced coma because of bleeding to her brain. When she awoke a few days later, she found bruising on the inside of her leg. She may still need to have brain surgery.   According to Nguyen’s lawsuit, officers failed to secure her with a seat-belt or lock her door properly, which led to her being ejected from the car.   This is what she looked like two hours before she met the L.A.P.D.
