Golden milk and turmeric
Add ½ teaspoon of turmeric, some cumin, salt and ½ tablespoon of butter to 2-3dl of milk. Heat the milk until it boils.
Drink it warm. Golden milk is known for its ability to soothe coughs.
Turmeric and honey
The turmeric and honey combination will reduce any skin redness, and it will also make it soft and clean.
Combine a tablespoon of honey and a teaspoon of turmeric. Apply the mixture on your face and leave it for 20 minutes. Rinse well, and you may want to use lukewarm water, as it will remove any remains.

Turmeric and aloe vera
