FDA Approves First GMO Flu Vaccine

In early 2013, the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved the the very first genetically modified flu vaccine, known as Flublok. It contains recombinant DNA technology and an insect virus known as baculovirus that is apparently supposed to help facilitate a more rapid production of the vaccine. It could hit the market as early as next year. It was developed by Protein Sciences Corp, who received approval for the Flublock vaccine in January of 2103. It uses genetic engineering to grow portions of the virus in insect cells.

The vaccine also contains proteins from three different flu strains, and is produced by extracting cells from the fall army-worm, a type of caterpillar, and genetically altering them to produce large amounts of hemagglutinin, a flu virus protein that enables the flu virus itself to enter the body quickly.

Many people all over the  world are becoming aware that GMOs are very hazardous. It doesn’t take long to come to that conclusion if one simply looks at the evidence to support it. If you’re looking for some, with regards to the food industry, just use our search bar using key words like “GMO”, or simply browse through our different sections. You will find multiple studies and the bottom of each article that will most likely have you questioning the legitimacy of GMOs.

The fact that GMOs are now entering into the vaccine world is ridiculous, and I hope many people refrain from receiving the shot. I also hope this new development encourages more people to question, look into and research the vaccine industry. Most of us, including medical professionals simply believe what we are told and what we are taught without making further connections. Publicly funded medical research is not used to educate the ones administering the jab. It’s all funded by big pharmaceutical companies and biotech corporations, the ones making trillions of dollars off  of “medicine”.

The reason cited by the FDA for approve is that this new GMO vaccine will speed up production and allow those with egg allergies to receive it. But is this really necessary? Vaccine manufacturers will now have the ability to rapidly produce large batches of flu virus protein using GMOs, rather than using the previous process of using egg cultures.

So many vaccines have been outed, and many studies show that they are insufficient, harmful and unnecessary. They continue to become more harmful as time goes on. The last article we wrote with regards to vaccinations was about the HPV vaccine. The Neural Dynamics Research Group, in the Department of Ophthalmology at the University of British Colombia published a great paper regarding the truth about the Gardasil shot.
