A demonstrator protests against the dismantling of Syrian chemical weapons in Albania in front of the Prime Minister’s office in Tirana November 7, 2013. A NATO country, Albania has said it is studying a request by the United States to host facilities for incinerating or chemically neutralising the weapons, but has not yet taken a decision. France, Belgium and Albania have been mentioned as possible sites for the dismantling of those weapons and Albania is one of the nearest destinations to Syria. It has also some experience in dismantling its own communist-era stock of chemical weapons. REUTERS/Arben Celi (ALBANIA – Tags: POLITICS CIVIL UNREST)
