Oh, to live to a hundred and to enjoy every single year of your long life! 104-year-old Dr.Shigeaki Hinohara is Japan’s oldest practicing clinician and educator who was born in 1911, just before the first World War.

2.Do not believe everything your doctor recommends
Explore by yourself, and do not rely on the advice of your doctors without being completely sure their proposal is the best solution.

You need to have a busy schedule and plan all your next events, appointments, tasks, in life if you want to be successful. Dr. Hinohara is planning to attend the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
6.Pain is mysterious
To soothe pain, do something fun, like listening to music or play with the pets.

Material things are useful until they satisfy our daily needs, but when we leave this world, we take nothing of the material with us.
